2024 SUMMER BALLET PROGRAM

Classes for Pre-professional and Children from age 8*. Creative Movement / Pre-Ballet Camp for students ages 4 -7, June 24 – 28, 2024.

*Students over the age of 19 years are not accepted in the summer program, with the exception of professional artists of Lafayette Ballet Theatre.

TUESDAY:

4:30 – 6:00 / Intermediate I Ballet Class

4:30 – 6:00 / Intermediate II Ballet Class

4:15 – 6:15 / Intermediate III Ballet Class

6:15 – 8:15 / Advanced Ballet Class

WEDNESDAY:   

4:30 – 6:00 / Intermediate I Ballet Class

4:30 – 6:00 / Intermediate II Ballet Class

4:15 – 6:15 / Intermediate III Ballet Class

6:15 – 8:15 / Advanced Ballet Class

THURSDAY:      

4:30 – 6:00 / Intermediate I Ballet Class

4:15 – 6:15 / Intermediate III Ballet Class

6:15 – 8:15 / Advanced Ballet Class

Intermediate I Level is appropriate for students ages 8 – 9 with previous ballet study, or currently participating in Dance Conservatory’s Levels 1 and 2.             Intermediate II Level, ages: 10 – 12 yrs.  (Winter Levels 3 & 4)

Intermediate III Level, ages: 13 – 15 yrs. (Winter Levels 5 & 6)

Advanced Level, ages: 16 – 19 yrs. (Winter Levels Advanced I & II) requires strength and proficiency in pointe work and classical technique.

Students over the age of 19 years are not accepted in the summer program, with the exception of professional artists of Lafayette Ballet Theatre. 

Acceptance into Dance Conservatory 2024 Summer Programs requires a placement class.
