Lafayette Ballet Theatre with Principal guest artists from the Pacific Northwest Ballet, and the entire dance community, present the Holiday classic, The Nutcracker. A full-length classical ballet in two acts, based on the story of E. T. A. Hoffmann's "Nutcracker and the King of Mice" with original music of Peter Tchaikovsky.

Land of the Sweets Immediately following the matinée performance on Sunday, December 11, will be a Nutcracker reception at IberiaBank Towers 200 W. Congress St., downtown Lafayette. Lafayette Ballet Theatre invites you to join the cast and international guest artists for dreamy desserts and hors d’oeuvres from the Nutcracker’s Kingdom.
